Be’sat Nursery has an area of 46 hectares has a covered well, about 20 hectares of land for the production of bare root seedlings of all kinds of forest trees and shrubs, green and desert areas, and the production of medicinal plants, with 3000 meters of concrete chassis greenhouse for the production of potted and nylexi seedlings. This nursery is able to produce several hundreds of thousands of seedlings, supplying the seedlings of Qom province and neighboring provinces.Considering the hot and dry weather of the region, the constant reduction of water resources and the lowering of the water level, as well as the need for soil stabilization and desertification projects and the restoration of the vegetation cover of the micro dust center to desert seedlings that are resistant to heat and lack of water, Be’sat Nursery targets the production of desert seedlings, plants such as Tag, Atriplex, Qaradagh, Gaz Shahi, Shurgaz, Ashnan and Scanbil.The creation of a living and productive collection of desert and pasture plants, as well as the creation of a similar collection of medicinal and aromatic plants, is one of the other areas worked on in the Be’sat Nursery.
