Taqarood Nursery, with an area of 1.7 hectares, has a 2,000-meter greenhouse, equipped with heated chassis and underfloor heating and a mist system to provide humidity and regulate the temperature of the greenhouse, with the ability to produce seedlings and rooting a large variety of special hard-rooted plants. The nursery specializes in the production of medicinal plants, special ornamental plants, as well as green space species suitable for Persian Gulf countries.
The export of various medicinal, ornamental and green species to Qatar in 2019 and the supply of seedlings for various company projects are a few of the nurseries works.
The construction of a plant for processing medicinal plants and the production of essential oils and extracts, as well as the construction of a 6,000-meter greenhouse for the production of seeds and saplings of medicinal plants, are among the other areas worked on in Taqarood Nursery.
